Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new with original tag(s), unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. 

How do I return an item?

  • Request a return by following the link to your relevant region: US Returns  -   Canada Returns
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
  • Pack and ship your items. We recommend you purchase a label with tracking.
  • Once we receive your item, a new item will ship to you within 5-10 business days.

All other regions, please reach out to info@herhe.co to request return information.

How will I know once my return is received?

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation email once we receive your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For your protection, please retain tracking information for your return. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and cannot supply proof of delivery signature.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any outstanding questions regarding your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at info@herhe.co so we can help.

How can I exchange an item?

Please reach out to us at info@herhe.co for any exchange inquiries. We are only able to offer exchanges right now in the US

What do I get if my item is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and get in touch with us at  info@herhe.co immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What types of items are eligible for return?

All full price unworn items are eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Sizing
How do I know what size I am?

We include size charts in each of our product pages. Pruzan sizes follows standard sizing of your favourite brands.
